Liverpool -wing player Federico Chiesa is scouted by various Series A parties this summer and has rejected approaches from Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce.
Last season, the Italian international found it difficult to come under manager Arne Slot, who saw him as a player who could make an impact of the bank instead of being eleven every week.
Slot has excluded the Italian wing player from the club's tour, and confirmed that he is no longer in the plans of the Reds, and now Calciomercato reports that Fenerbahce of Mourinho has taken a step for the wing player who scored two goals and scored two goals last season.
Chiesa, who connected around € 15 million from Juventus, would have rejected Mourinho's approach and the chance to become the newest of many big names to go to the Super Lig.
In June he spoke about his first season with Liverpool and revealed his slight frustrations because he did not play regularly.
“In the beginning I felt the frustration of the radical change and far behind the group, and then there was the injury.
“Until the match against PSG, Liverpool ran ahead for everyone, in the semi -final of the Carabao Cup, and among the favorites in the Champions League, who won PSG,” Chiesa went against Corriere Dello Sport, further.
“Can I start discussing the choices of Slot that have always been very respectful for me, as well as the club? The desire to play was there, but I put it aside. I understood the situation. I set aside any form of individualism.”
The 27-year-old is in his Prime and is being sought by AC Milan, Napoli, Atalanta and a series of other Italian parties that see Chiesa as an undervalued jewel in a Liverpool side that is busy signing Newcastle United's Alexander Isak, who would defeat Chiesa even further.
