Well -known noise kickers who support Manchester City and Chelsea will be forced to give up their passports for the duration of the club World Cup this summer.
About 150 fans will not be able to travel to the United States while the competition is being performed.
Letters that demand that they surrender their travel documents to the police will be broadcast in the coming days.
Failure to comply can lead to a prison sentence of six months or an unlimited fine.
The measure therefore prohibits an advocate of the two clubs that have a football that prohibits orders.
In February the Home Office announced that during the 2023-24 2,584 football-related arrests were an increase of 14 percent (+320) compared to the previous campaign.
The turnout was powered by an increase in arrests for possession of class A medicines (+144) and arrests in England and Wales with regard to overseas tournaments (+180). As a result, a total of 2,172 football prohibitions were in force in England and Wales with 825 new prohibitions issued, an increase of 21 percent.
Minister of Police Dame Diane Johnson said: 'Many fans of Manchester City and Chelsea will want to travel to support their teams in this summer's tournament and we want them to do all this safely and pleasantly.
'But for the small minority of Herrieschoppers who use football as an excuse for crime, we will apply the same proven preventive measures that we have successfully done for other foreign tournaments.
“As part of the Safer Streets mission and the government's plan for change, we will continue to fight the hooligan, so that the vast majority can follow with football without any problems'
City and Chelsea will participate in the new 32-team tournament that runs from 14 June to 13 July.
