Cole Palmer honours Caribbean roots in TikTok after Liverpool win

Cole Palmer and his sister celebrated the Chelsea star who ended his goal of drought by filming a taptok who paid tribute to their Caribbean heritage.

Palmer had been dealing with criticism from online trolls for going 18 games without scoring, but he buried a stop-time penalty to confirm the victory in Chelsea's victory over Liverpool.

That first strike since January 14 came after he had been involved in both other goals of Chelsea – with the result that the blues are currently in the fifth.

To celebrate the end of his goal of drought, Palmer delivered an icy interview where he picked online at 'Idiot' Trolls – before he played with his sister in a Tiktok.

Placed on the Tiktok account of Hallie Palmer, the brother or sister Duo stood together – with Palmer with a rasta -cap with dreadlocks – and sweated to viral song 'Wehdibombo' by Shewahdexta.

The Chelsea star could hardly contain his laughter while he participated in the video before he finally finished the video. The caption was: “If they doubt Lil Bro.”

Palmer was born in Wythenshawe, Manchester, in 2002 in Marie and Jermaine, with two older sisters. But that was not where his ancestors were based.

His father's grandfather, Sterry Cole, revealed last year that that side of the family came from Saint Kitts and Nevis, a small Caribbean dual island and, it must be said, a footballynow.

Sterry told how his parents took the painful decision to leave him and his older brother St. Clair while they tried to establish a better life for their family after they traveled to the United Kingdom in 1955, after they had left a modest stone house in Basseterre.

He said: “My aunt Pearl, another aunt and uncle lived with us and there was my grandmother. I think the house only had three bedrooms, but it was always full of people.

“My parents had already left for England, they went in 1955, five years for my brother and me, so we were raised by my grandmother and aunts.”

Chelsea star Palmer has a huge pride in his Caribbean heritage, which became clear when he was shown at his rapping skills in a Tiktok video that became viral to turn him into a social media sensation.

The video has now become a trademark symbol of celebration posted by excited fans every time Palmer scores or delivers a good performance.

In the video, Palmer is shown by performing a series of movements while sitting along for a song of few well -known Jamaican rapper Vybz Kartel who was imprisoned for life in 2014 for his role in the murder of an employee in a row.

The song called Clarks, who is sung in Jamaican Patois, is a tribute to the sensible shoe brand and the rapper was credited to help the sale in his home country after the release in 2010.

The video also contains one of Palmer's colorful football boots that are decorated with the English flag of St George next to the flag of St. Kitts.

When asked about the video after his call-up for the qualification rate of England 2024 in 2023 in 2023 in 2023, Palmer said: 'I and my sister were in the house one day and there was a tap trend around.

“People sang songs and so and my sister said:” Come and sing this song, so I was like “umm … good will do it.”
