The 23-year-old became officially with Chelsea stars Briend Cole Palmer last November.

In her last post, Connie posed in a red top and silver skirt.
She subtitled the image “23” with a red heart emoji.
The post soon received more than 2,000 likes.
While many fans hurried to leave a reaction.

Connie runs a nail salon in Manchester.
