Conor McGregor admits Logan Paul Fight is dead

McGregor made a wild cameo during Thursday's BKFC Knucklemania 5 press conference in Philadelphia.

While there, the former Dual-Weight UFC champion revealed that MMA's premier promotion had officially canceled his fight with Paul, despite the fact that everyone would have made a ton of money.

“The UFC just isn't in it,” McGregor told the Schmo.

“The offer was in writing. Both athletes will say, “He's not fighting,” but both athletes are under the TKO banner. UFC, WWE are both coming up. The stock price of the TKO holding group through the roof.

“New market in India has opened and is flourishing. It was business savvy and business sense to make the fight happen. Or should I say the glorified fir taking place.

“Between this waiting period that we're in before I can get back into the Octagon, it made perfect sense on the calendar to go through with it.

“The UFC wasn't in it. The WWE, I'm not sure what their interest in it was. I just knew the UFC wasn't into it. “

McGregor recently hinted at another comeback delay when he suggested he would return to the UFC in Novmeber.

That means his spell on the sidelines, which dates back to July 2021, will continue for a while.

Conor McGregor explains why he changed his amount from boxing influencer

McGregor has spent the last few years distancing himself from boxing with the many influencers who have called him out.

In 2025, the 36-year-old is clearly eager to jump into the ring with Paul.

So, what has changed? McGregor openly admits that his U-turn is all about the money up for grabs.

He added: “I'm now more inclined to f***ing this influencer, whatever you call it, because it's astronomical money.

“It's astronomical, the figures. Who's there? Jake. Logan. KSI. I love the three of these guys and then all these others spinning around.

“So it's an interesting little side collar, we'll call it. Fill it in my sock and I go outside. “
