'The Notorious' plagued a comeback after the announcement of a first of its kind of UFC event in 2026.
President Donald Trump recently announced that the UFC will organize an event in 2026 in the White House for Independence Day.
The news quickly caught the attention of Conor McGregor, who shared the thoughts of Dana White about the largest star in the sport that returned to the Octagon.
With McGregor, a potential matchup is already teasing with Michael Chandler who has been late for a long time after their canceled fight in 2024, 'The Notorious' seems to be serious about his comeback plans.
The former UFC champion camp did not participate in four years, but in a recent message on social media he claimed that this event could solve previous problems he had.
Conor McGregor claims that the offer to fight in the White House would enable him to concentrate correctly on his return
In the way to his planned comeback on UFC 303, where he encountered Michael Chandler in the main event, many people had their doubts about the focus of Conor McGregor.
Both before and after the fight had been canceled after McGregor withdrew due to an injury, there was a lot of speculation online about whether 'The Notorious' once took the fight seriously.
It soon became clear that the fight would no longer be turned, shortly after the Irishman had switched from what form of training camp he was earlier.
However, McGregor believes that coming back to fight back in the White House would correct all the earlier mistakes he had when he tried to return.
The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion posted on X about how his accuracy is the “super power” with which he could rise to the top of the sport.
At the end of his position, McGregor wrote that the “very intriguing offer” to take a step back in the Octagon at this milestone event would enable him to prepare “correctly” for a shocking comeback.
“To return to the White House with my sniper -nouvulus would be a very intriguing offer and bring me back to concentrate correctly on my return.”
My accuracy is my super power.
Most don't know this, but in my right eye I have 20/10 vision. I am from the 1% of the people who have this. On the left I am 20/20.
Accuracy is final. I have most KOs of all long and I have bought my yachts for the past 4 years.

Conor McGregor claims that he will already be the president of Ireland when he returns to the UFC
One step back in the Octagon in just under a year is not the only major plan that Conor McGregor has in the coming 12 months.
'The Notorious' wrote on X that when he takes his walk to the Octagon in the White House in 2026, he will do it as President of Ireland.
“4 July next year, a Saturday, with regard to President Trumps UFC Witte Huis event. I will rule President van Ireland a little less than 1 year when I get out of the lawns of the White House to throw down. Epic proportions! Or as I like it, Tuesday at the office. Vote McGregor.”
