A recent update suggested that we may not have seen the last of 'the notorious' in the Octagon.
After not participating since July 2021, many had already come to the conclusion that the largest star in the UFC history would never return.
That was until Conor McGregor showed his interest to be part of the UFC event in the White House in 2026, with an event of this size that may withdrew him.
The former UFC light weight and featherweight champion often plagued a comeback, so there was still much hesitation to consider his word as a fact.
However, McGregor has now officially re -introduced the test pool, but before the lectures on his return continue, the Irishman took a moment to recognize a recent request.

Conor McGregor soon claims that he will answer a fan request with regard to his last victory in the Achthoek
If you look at the UFC events that the most Pay-Pre-View purchases have introduced, there is no one who is even near Conor McGregor and the attention he attracted.
He occupies all five places for the largest PPV numbers for an event that had no title fight in the main event, which only proves his star status.
One of those historical maps was UFC 246 in January 2020, where McGregor returned to Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone in Las Vegas.
In a heartbreaking post, a fan recently contacted 'The Notorious' via social media to talk about a tragic event in their lives that are somewhat connected to his last victory in the Octagon.
An X user wrote how they were planning to view this card with their son before he died for a few weeks before it took place.
The fan tagged both McGregor and Cerrone in the post and asked if they could get an event poster to them, or the two former stars would sign and send it back.
Within an hour McGregor responded to the mail and tagged the UFC, which stated that they will let it happen.
UFC 246 was set as the start of a new chapter for Conor McGregor, but it is not explained
After his loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229, Conor McGregor spoke about the need for him to be more active if he would compete at a high level.
His return to UFC 246 seemed to be the start of a new chapter for the Irishman who hoped to stay busy by focusing on various major fights in the near future.
Despite the dismantling of Cerrone in less than a minute, it would be a full year again until 'The Notorious' would take a step back in the Octagon.
Although he competed twice in 2021, who suffered Dustin Poirier on both occasions on Dustin Poirier, his last fight at UFC 264 ended in an injury that gave him the chance that he will return there at some point in the near future.
