On July 6, 2013, Paddy Pimblett defeated Cage Warriors 56 on 6 July 2013 in the forum in Kentish Town, London, UK, Paddy Pimblett Florian Calin through a unanimous decision, in which Conor McGregor looks from the crowd.

In an interview with One On One he explained: “I had my Cage Warriors debut and Conor was just signed [by the UFC]. So, Conor was there when I had my debut. He was in the corner of Phillip Mulpeter when he finished Warren Kee.
“I will never forget it, it was the night that Anderson Silva was eliminated by Chris Weidman, and I watched it with Conor, John Kavanagh, Danny Robberts and a few others.
“Conor, after Anderson was defeated, he was a big Anderson, fan, I will never forget that leg kicks the wall. I thought:” He is f— Bell. ”
“I only knew him then, I had looked at some of his highlights. That was my Cage Warriors debut and he had his UFC debut a few weeks later.
“I will never forget to meet him and see him there. It was crazy because he blew up at a new stratosphere when he had his debut, and I felt that I had a similar route. I was in Cage Warriors for a long time, when I had my debut in the UFC, it all went wild.”

In the years since that night, both men have become superstars, with McGregor conquered two weight departments in the UFC, while Pimblett cemented his status as a favorite with fans.
Although they once viewed a huge main event, they could now potentially lead each other in a monstrous confrontation.
After they have been proven as two of the largest trash can in the sport, the structure of a potential competition would undoubtedly entertain.
Now McGregor has plagued a fight with the winner of Pimblett vs Chandler.
