Napoli has the battle for a heavy Serie A-title race, says Antonio Conte, who pointed to the 1-1 draw of Saturday with Inter as evidence.
Philip Billing scored a late equalizer when Napoli hit back against the League leaders and reigning champions in the Diego Armando Maradona stage.
Conte's side risked to fall further behind in the Scudetto race, after he had surrendered the first place to Inter last weekend, but they remain an end to the Simone Inzaghi team.
“This competition was not only important for the rankings, but also for a matter of personality,” Conte told reporters.
“With 11 games to go, a point of the top must let us understand that, despite the difficulties, if we want, we can play until the end for the Scudetto.
“This is the message that must be clear, first of all for ourselves, then outside.”
Napoli was a goal in the break and saved a draw for three minutes than time, but may have the feeling that they should have beaten Inter after playing their rivals in the second half.

The hosts had 12 shots in the second half and collected 1.27 expected goals, while Inter – which led by the first half of Federico Dimarco – did not go the other way.
“We would all have registered to be in this position on this point of the season,” said Conte.
“Inter is a top team, built over time and hard to beat.
“After we have shown that we can stand against them and, for long pieces, even, even superior, we have to give ourselves a lot of confidence.
“This must give us confidence and let us understand if we are, or that of the matte second half in Como, which I did not tolerate all week.
“In this way, it must give us a lot of confidence and at the same time we must understand that if we want, we can.
“Wishing means working and kicking more than others. Our goal is to remain united to stay an annoyance until the end.”
