Luis Enrique rejected every suggestion that the final of Coupe de France against Reims was a distraction for Paris Saint-Germain, with the showpiece of the Champions League around the corner.
PSG has already won the Ligue 1 title and the Trophy des Champions this season, but still have the chance to add their silverware with two more games that are over this season.
They are confronted with Reims on Saturday before they get the chance to end their long waiting time for a First Champions League crown when they accept on the Allianz Arena in Munich in Munich on 31 May.
“All professional players know that playing in a cup -final is very special. It is a special match and the details,” Luis Enrique told reporters.
“It's not difficult to concentrate [Saturday]Game. None of the players will be distracted.
“We want to write history from the first day … We are here now and we have to put the icing on the cake.”
PSG looks at a 16th French Cup title and his heavy favorites against Reims, who are 1 relegation play -offs in the Ligue 1.

The side of Luis Enrique gets a chance of 80.4% to win the final of the Coupe de France in 90 minutes by the OPTA Supercomputer, with the hope of Reims at only 7.8%. The chance of a draw is at 11.7%, which would mean extra time and possibly fines.
“It doesn't matter what the situation of Reims is at the moment … We know how we can find spaces and points to exploit. A lot can happen in a competition, and you have to prepare well. We still have a day preparation,” said the Spaniard.
“Everyone gives 130% to win this trophy. You have to win a final, you can't let it slide through your fingers.”
While PSG has long packed their competition title, Inter is experiencing a most important series A collision against Como on Friday.
Table toppers Napoli and the second placed inter are to the last day of the Serie A season that still fights for the title, with one point that separates the two sides. If they both end at the same number of points, the two parties will be confronted in a play-off on Monday.
“Sometimes it is better to play tightly until the end, so that you are not addicted,” Luis Enrique added. “We had to stay focused.
“I don't know if that is positive or negative. I try to see what is positive about our schedule.”
