Piers Morgan reunited more than two years after their impressive interview with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Morgan was in Riyadh and watched Ronaldo's side Al-Nassr claim a 3-1 victory over Al Fateh on Sunday evening.
The Portuguese superstar got on the scoresheet with three minutes to go and thought he scored another goal in the closing stages of the Saudi Pro League match.
The 39-year-old fired a thunderous shot into the top corner from a tight angle, but after a VAR review the goal was disallowed for offside.
Ronaldo embraced Morgan with a hug next to the tunnel when the match ended and the latter was surprised that the goal did not stand.
Morgan said to the veteran, “What happened there? You've been robbed. Ridiculous.'
