As far as feuds go, Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier may have the most visceral MMA ever seen.
These two men sincerely despised each other. From brawling during a media event in the lobby of the MGM Grand to trading brutal insults at heated press conferences, the fighters have never shied away from expressing how they feel about each other.
Over the course of two fights, the legends put it all on the line, keeping fans on the edge of their seats as shots were exchanged inside the cage.
Although the grudge was fierce, the icons ultimately left their fights with immense respect for each other.

Cormier has now opened up to Henry Cejudo about how they have been there for each other during the toughest times.
In a video uploaded to 'Triple C''s YouTube channel, 'DC' said: “When my dad passed away, he sent me a message, he really did, and even at that moment I appreciated it.
“Despite everything we've been through, I appreciated him sending me that message, just like I sent that message for his mother, because we understand what family is… He sent me a message when my mother passed away, and my father passed away.
“There's some good in that guy. That's true. There's good in that guy. I just haven't really had a chance to see it yet, but we'll see what time brings.

While Jones' rivalry with Cormier is over, his war of words with Tom Aspinall is just beginning.
