Cristiano Ronaldo exploded in a flurry of anger after Jhnon Duran was sent away for Al-Nassr.
The former striker of Aston Villa made the switch to Saudi Arabia in a transfer of £ 64 million January.
Duran, 21, has already scored four times in three Saudi Pro League matches for the club.
His last outing, however, was demolished when he got his mars orders against Al-Actifaq.
The Columbian was sent away for beating rival player Abdulelah Almalki on the back of the head.
The slight blow saw the Ettifaq Ace throw itself on the floor and convince the civil servant that it was worth a red card.
Ronaldo, 40, was at the moment furious when he remained stunned by the referee's decision.
He could then be seen furiously to the touchline when Al-Nassr lost one of their star players.
Al-Nassr was 2-1 ahead in the 81st minute, but threw the three points away when Mohammed Al-Fatil spent his own net.
To make matters worse, former Liverpool and Newcastle United -midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum then yielded his second of the game to win the game for Ettifaq.

Manager Stefano Pioli admitted that he was “not happy” with the Red Card during his press conference after the game.
He said: “We could play better, and the mistakes cost me a lot today and caused the loss.
“I repeat the same answer that I mentioned in the previous conferences, after the game we work two or three days before the next and mostly recorded match.
“We started well and we produced the result, but what the difference has made are the mistakes.
“Everyone is responsible for errors, I am the first to be responsible for correcting errors and we work seriously and I am not happy with the red card.”
Duran could now get a suspension for the upcoming games, which could further decrease the title of Al-Nassr.
The club is currently fourth in the Saudi Pro League after playing 21 games and eight points behind leaders Al-STIHAD.
