During the UFC 313 Post-Fight Press Conference, White hinted at what the next one could be for Pereira.
“A fight so close, with a champion as large as Pereira has been, do you tend to an immediate rematch?” Veteran MMA reporter John Morgan asked.
“Probably,” White replied to set the wheels in motion for Pereira versus Ankalaev 2.
Some fans went to social media with complaints about the score cards of the judge after UFC 313.
The UFC boss, however, expressed his conviction that the right man won Saturday night.

Pereira flirted with the idea of going to heavyweight prior to his fight with Ankalaev on UFC 313.
After lost his title, the 37-year-old did not talk about weight classes or potential opponents.
'Patan', however, revealed that he will return to the gym and prepare for what the next is.
“I keep training,” Pereira Rogan told the Octagon after losing his 205LB UFC -Riem.
“I feel good, I don't think I'm not injured in any way.
“I'm going to take a few days off and train again. This is my life. “
