UFC Featherweight Melquizel Costa only sustained a few minutes in his victory at UFC Vegas 106.
Melquizel Costa continued his winning ways with a grim victory on Julian Erosa at UFC Vegas 106 on Saturday. But even though he walked away with another impressive victory, Costa sustained a nasty foot injury, so that he was compromised for only a few minutes.
As trapped at the UFC Vegas 106 broadcast, Costa was seen with a bloody left foot between the first two rounds of his fight with Erosa. But Costa seemed to wave the injury away and seemed to be stunned in his interview after the fight why his foot seemed open against Erosa.
Costa has expressed Erosa to win through a unanimous decision on the Apex, in a three -round Slugfest between the two featherweights.

Horrible injuries contracted half fight are nothing new in modern mixed martial arts. After a casual eye of UFC Flyweight Manel Kape, Asu Almabayev sustained a brutal eye injury that he shared shortly after their fight on social media.
Fortunately, Costa was transported to a local hospital to be treated on his wounded foot shortly after his UFC Vegas 106 winning. The emerging featherweight star defeated Christian Rodriguez, Andre Fili and Shayilan Nuerdanbieke who started the victory over Erosa.
At the moment it is uncertain how long Costa is needed to recover from his apparent foot injury. But hopefully Costa will not be sidelined for too long, because he will continue to make a noise in the UFC -Fedweight Division.
UFC Vegas 106 Fighter withdrew to Short-notice due to 'Herpes'
Costa's medium injury was added to a turbulent night at UFC Vegas 106. The Co-Main event fight of the card was canceled on a cancellation period after light heavyweight Rodolfo Bellato was pulled from his planned light heavyweight fight with Paul Craig for an unusual reason.
