UFC Middleweight Christian Leroy Duncan opened an annoying cut on Eryk otherwise with a rotating elbow on UFC Vegas 109.
The UFC Vegas 109 -head card was opened with one of the dirtiest rotating elbow knockouts that you will ever see, thanks to the middleweight Christian Leroy Duncan.
Duncan and Eryk Otherwise helped the promotion on the UFC Vegas 109 card on the Apex on Saturday. Both middle weights wanted to get a step closer to a top 15 spot with a victory.
What followed was a brutal knockout finish from Duncan where otherwise a lot of stitches would need to repair the damage.

More than a minute in the first round, Duncan landed a beautifully timed rotating elbow to the face of Anders who broke his head backwards. While a visibly bewildered otherwise tried to circl and shake the spider webs, Duncan stalked him with a barrage of bumps before earning the TKO finishing.
It was a stunning highlight for Duncan, who earned his first stop win since March 2024. He has now won four of his last five fights after the victory over other at UFC Vegas 109.

Fortunately for Anders, he was able to leave the Octagon on his own and without extra help. But as soon as the cage left, he immediately had to get medical attention to treat a brutal cut on his browline.

UFC Vegas 109 was a disappointing setback for Anders after he had retired former UFC champion Chris Weidman on UFC 310 in December. He won back-to-back fights before UFC Vegas 109, including a unanimous decision victory on Jamie Pickett.
The knockout victory of Duncan was not the only wonderful highlight of an action-packed night in the Apex.

UFC Bantamweight Elijah Smith, the son of formerly the ultimate hunter striking Gilbert Smith, earned a rare SLAM -Knock -out during the UFC Vegas 109 Prelims. Smith pulled Toshiomi Kazama over his head with an inside triangle, before he hit Kazama on the back of his head and beat him cold.
It was a scary appearance at the UFC Apex when Kazama was immediately taken to a local hospital after the knockout. It was a knockout that former two-division champion Henry Cejudo jokes is considering considering a movement from the Bantam weight division.
Joselyn Edwards fulfilled Daniel Cormier's forecast with a brutal Ko of Priscila Cachoeura in a bantam weight for women. Welterweight Uros Medicy kept his remarkable stop -streak with a knockout from Gilbert Urbina.
