Dana White told to cut divisive female star after ‘worst performance ever’ at UFC Vegas 105

UFC's Vanessa Demopoulos has not held favors with her most recent achievements.

The UFC Strawweight has not been lucky lately and have been falling on 2-3 in its last five fights with back-to-back defeats on UFC Vegas 105 on Saturday.

From the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Demopoulos would compete against Brazilian 'Problem Child' Talita Alencar. Demopoulos and Alencar started a Fight Night Card with exclusion by Josh Emmett vs. Lerone Murphy.

The Stromweight Matchup was just a stylistic nightmare for Demopoulos, a stripper that has been on the UFC grid since 2021 on the UFC selection.

Vanessa Demopoulos could not stop the Takedowns at UFC Vegas 105

Alencar had her way with Demopoulos in three rounds. The Brazilian surpassed Demopoulos on the floor and were able to bring her down relatively ease.

Demopoulos defended only one Takedown from five attempts, checked for more than 12 minutes in a 15 -minute fight.

Alencar Demopoulos has transferred 107 to 34 in total strikes. It is safe to say that it was a total shutout for Alencar, who received her hand lifted by a unanimous decision.

If you lose all three rounds on the score cards, this is perhaps the worst UFC performance of Demopoulos so far.

There was not much urgency of her back, when getting up or chasing entries and she could not let anything happen in the striking department.

UFC fans are calling that Vanessa Demopoulos is removed from the schedule

After the fight, UFC fans criticized Demopoulos for her non-inspiring performance, some even call for the work of the hunter.

“So Vanessa Demopoulos has absolutely zero Takedown defense and also zero power to get up again after she has been taken down? Why is she in the UFC?” A fan wrote on X.

“Vanessa Demopoulos should definitely be removed from the UFC schedule.” A fan wrote.

“Vanessa Demopoulos didn't even try tonight,” wrote another fan. “Her coaches must be ashamed of this performance.”

“Please cut Vanessa Demopoulos before she reaches the dressing room. She looked terrible and did not improve,” said a fan on X.

The defeat against Talita Alencar brought the UFC record from Vanessa Demopoulos to 5-4. We will see if the 36-year-old gets the chance to bounce back in the Octagon.
