Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall is the most long -awaited UFC fight from 2025.

Conversations for the US champion Heavyweight Clash have been going on since 'Bones' in November has hit Stipe Miocic at UFC 309.

UFC boss Dana White recently revealed the real reason that he still has to announce the matchup.

It seems that Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall just have to establish a date and location before their fight becomes official.

Mick Parkin predicts Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall

Jones is generally considered the greatest hunter of all time after an almost perfect career in MMA.

The only figure on his record came when he suffered a controversial DQ defeat against Matt Hamill in 2009.

Nevertheless, #13 on UFC Heavyweight Mick Parkin expects it to fall short against Aspinall.

The 29-year-old has spared Aspinall countless times and knows how good he is.

“Jon Jones is great, he is not an easy challenge – but he may not train that intensely,” Parkin told Bloody Elbow.

“I don't know this, this is completely gambling that I look from the outside. It doesn't look like he trains so much, he's absolutely a little older, and it's absolutely the time to beat him, if there is a time.

“Tom just takes effect and he is just the most dangerous man. Exactly as he moves and such. He is a big guy, he is real, very fast, and he is now in his prime.

“I think he defeated Jon Jones.”

Will Mick Parkin ever fight Tom Aspinall?

Parkin will be confronted on March 22 on March 22 with old competitor Marcin Tybura in the toughest test of his career at UFC London.

A victory would see the Englishman crack the heavyweight top 10 and put a title shot within reach.

Of course Parkin expects Aspinall to be the man who rules his division at the end of 2025.

However, he would only be willing to fight against his training partner if they both earned an obscene amount.

“I still have to beat Tybura,” Parkin added.

“Then there may be 10 more boys I have to fight to get there.

“So it's still far away for me. Unless it was crazy, I would probably not fight Tom. “
