Daniel Cormier recently gave a surprising first answer when mentioning the most difficult batter he ever encountered.
After fought against Anthony 'Rumble' Johnson and the Knock -out record holder of the UFC, 'DC' is no stranger to dangerous strikers.
Although Stipe Miocic is perhaps the only hunter who has a break by Cormier on his record, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion was not the name that came to me.
In an episode of ESPN MMA's 'Good Guy / Bad Guy', Cormier spoke about the insane impact with which Dan Henderson landed when they met at UFC 173.
Cormier's co-host in the show, Chael Sonnen, was not the only former hunter who posted this opinion based on his first-hand experience.

Chris Leben shares details of the injuries he sustained during training with Dan Henderson
With 17 of his 32 wins via Knock -Out, Henderson is one of the most dangerous punchers we have ever seen in the Octagon.
His notorious 'H-Bomb' left many of his opponents and confused, although his training partners were unfortunately also at the end of one of the deadliest weapons in MMA.
Chael Sonnen supported Daniel Cormier's comments during the episode of 'Good Guy / Bad Guy' by referring to a time when he could not even respond after he had hit his training partner.
After Sonnen had placed a clip from the episode on Instagram again, another from Henderson's former training partners shared a similar story.
Chris Leben had participated in the UFC from 2005 to 2013 and was a staple of the middleweight division that was a member of Team Quest alongside 'Hendo'.
In a comment under the Instagram post of Sonnen, Leben wrote about his experiences with training in addition to the former two-weight Pride champion and the damage he has imposed for the power of the American.
“100%. I have been on the receiving side of that punch. No pleasure. Break my nose, black and both my eyes in practice.”
The most iconic knockout victory of Dan Henderson took place just over 16 years ago until the day
Dan Henderson has a remarkable highlights, as you would expect from a hunter known as one of the toughest batters of all time.
Although his victory over Wanderlei Silva proudly saw him in the promotion when the first two-weight champion has seen him write, there is still a finish that comes to mind when you look back on the devastating impact of the 'H-bomb'.
On UFC 100 on July 11, 2009, Henderson Michael Bisping met in a heated resorting competition after their time as rival coaches in the ninth season of 'The Ultimate Fighter'.
Henderson has famous a huge right hand exploded in the second round to spread Bisping with one shot, before he landed a brutal follow -up shot at his descended opponent.
Henderson would later challenge Bisping seven years later for the middleweight title on UFC 204, where 'Hendo' announced his retirement after losing a controversial unanimous decision.
