On Saturday evening, the former light heavyweight champion returns to Khalil Rountree JR in the main event of UFC Baku.
A big talk point for their first meeting in the Octagon was about the shared opponents they have, in which Paul Craig prefers Rountree JR in his prediction.
Both men were defeated by Alex Pereira last year when he was challenging for the light heavyweight belt, with a victory that one of them got back in the title photo.
Pereira gave his view of Hill vs Rountree JR, but 'Sweet Dreams' does not pay much attention to what people have to say about this crucial next outing.

During his Fight Week interview for UFC Baku, Jamahal Hill responded to some recent comments from Khalil Rountree Jr.
Hill was told that his opponent did not expect to get out of this fight with too much blood, unlike his UFC 307 war with Alex Pereira.
'Sweet Dreams' disputed this before he started talking about some of the other things that Rountree JR said with which he has problems.
To begin with, Hill is fed up with his colleague speaking about their fighting with Pereira and how he was able to go in the championship rounds with 'Patan' before he was stopped.
The former champion also claimed that Rountree JR is a “weird” for coming up with a “fake rope” to try to motivate himself before June 21.
“This man is hit more than he touches someone. That is literally a stat of his entire career, as if that was a wild explanation, but you know, he said many delusions. He depends on the fact of:” Oh, I lasted longer than to Pereira. ”
“It is what it is. Whatever he has to do to sleep at night. Whatever he has to do to go on himself to fight and get in there, I am good at it. He has already made up a fake ride with himself, so he is finished – strange.”

Jamahal Hill claimed in his media day interview, in response to the comments of Khalil Rountree JR prior to the fight that his next opponent is hit more than he touches his opponents.
Although this is certainly the case in his last outing against Alex Pereira, where the challenger started strong before he was gradually overwhelmed by 'Patan', the statistics do not support this.
These are the important attack for his win -streak that led to his epic meeting with Pereira last October, including the title fight itself.

Both men tend to cause a lot of damage when they land on opponents, so the number of stakes may not be a factor like Hill or Rountree JR is able to make contact with something big.
