Derrick Lewis comes in at lowest weight in 11 years ahead of 520lb UFC Nashville main event

Derrick Lewis is lighter than he has been in more than a decade for UFC Nashville.

'The Black Beast' has not fought since a flying knee and bumps in May 2024 win Rodrigo Nascimento.

Since then, Derrick Lewis seems to have worked on removing his weight of the heavyweight limit.

The UFC record holder for most knockouts (15) usually has to reduce the weight to make 266LB, but that is not necessary prior to his fight with Tallison Teixeira on UFC Nashville on Saturday evening.

Lightest since his UFC debut in April 2014 where he was 256 pounds. The closest nearby was 261.5 pounds vs. Ilir Latifi in February 2020. https://t.co/Gao7pawdwk
