Deschamps travelled to Madrid to discuss Mbappé’s position as France captain

According to a Téléfoot report, Didier Deschamps traveled to Madrid at the end of last year to discuss the future of Kylian Mbappé (25) as the leader of the National Team of France. This conversation developed after the Real Madrid attacker was absent in two consecutive Les Bleus -Squadrons, even though they are fit and available.

Mbappé is included in the newest France team of Deschamps while preparing for a double header against Croatia in the coming international break. However, it has now been revealed that crisis discussions took place between the couple to discuss the position of the 25-year-old as a captain after a turbulent few months before the former PSG attacker.

The conversations turned out to have been successful after the Les Bleus -Baas traveled to the Spanish capital to see Mbappé personally. Retention was the subject of the conversation, because Deschamps did not intend to remove the Captain of the French International.
