Liverpool reportedly rejected Barcelona's approach for Luis Diaz, who was on it “I am very happy” in Anfield.
The Colombia International has won four major awards at the Reds since he arrived at the Portuguese Giants Porto in January 2022, including the Premier League title of last season.
Diaz scored 13 goals – a count that was only improved by Mohamed Salah (29) among his teammates – when Liverpool claimed their 20th Domestic Crown with a margin of 10 points.
The 28-year-old had attracted interest of Manchester City and the Saudi Pro League, while LaLiga Champions, Barca, also wanted to gain his services.
The Reds reportedly claimed that Diaz is not for sale, where the winger hopes that he can stay in the club.

“I am very happy in Liverpool – I always said that,” he said. “They welcomed me very well.
“The transfer market is opened and we try to arrange what is best for us. I wait to see what is happening.
“If Liverpool gives us a good extension, or I have to see my two -year contract, I will be happy. It all depends on them. I am here to decide and see what is best for us and the future.”
Diaz has registered 44 direct target involvement (29 goals, 15 assists) since he was with him in January 2022, with only Salah who registered more at that time in the Premier League under Liverpool players (117; 73 goals, 34 assists).
