Zola impressed by Juventus midfield pair for Villa draw

Juve drew 0-0 at Villa Park and came away with an important Champions League point.

Zola said when calling off the match: “Juventus played a match today with a great personality for me.

“If they can continue to do the things they are good at in the build-up phase, they can become a very important team. For me, both (Manuel) Locatelli and (Khephren) Thuram played a great game, they were good at filtering but also during construction.

“They are probably the two who impressed me the most, along with (Andrea) Cambiaso and (Francisco) Conceicao.”
