
The wife and family of Diogo Jota were accompanied by Liverpool players for the funeral of the attacker and his brother, Andre Silva, in Portugal after their death in a car accident in Spain.
The father of three, who married his long -term partner Rute Cardoso 11 days before the accident, died next to his brother after a Lamborghini and traveled in Burst in Flames after a suspected tire bladder in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The coffins of Jota and Silva were carried on Saturday morning to Igreja Matriz de Gondomar Church in the city of Gondomar near Porto near Porto, followed by mourning people.

Liverpool postponed the return of their players for the preseason after Jota's death and players who brought past and present to him and his brother on social media.
A sea of flower tribute was left outside of Anfield, with a lot of Liverpool fans and supporters from other clubs who wanted to express their respect.
Flags are lowered to half a mast in the stadium and all club shops, museums and tours are closed until Monday, with staff offered welfare support.
Jota and Silva were found dead after the car on the A-52 in Palacios de Sanabria near the city of Zamora at 12.40 p.m. on Thursday at 12.40 p.m.
