Kelly goes to Juve On-Loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Juve pays a loan costs of € 2.5 million for Kelly, with his permanent option set at € 14.5 million, plus € 3 million in bonuses.
Kelly was in Turin on Sunday morning after the defeat of Newcastle against Fulham on Saturday.
The deal needed extra time given the non-EU status of Kelly, but eventually became rubberstamped in the evening.
