Dricus Du Plessis explains how he honors his garbage conversation

As with every trash talker at the elite level, fans have wondered whether the dirt talk of Du Plessis is planned in advance or whether it is just outside the cuff.

Prior to his UFC 312 Main Event Rematch against Strickland, 'Still Knocks' explained how he honors his garbage conversation to try to get the most out of his pre-combat meetings with his opponents.

“Pre-repearsed is hard to say, people always ask me to do, I practice these things,” he started explaining in an interview with Main Event.

“I just know my opponents inside and out and when it comes to me, this is my life, this is all for me, I know everything there is to know, I am not going to a press conference and say I am me Go say to get under his skin.

“I give you the chance to be respectful and if you try to bully me or try to be disrespectful and try to be a smart ass, I will put you in your place,” he went on.

The champion has claimed that if Strickland tries to go under his skin for their rematch, he will put it back in place, but not with pre -colored lines.

“Driving in advance, there is no way to realize, you don't know what is being said, what is being asked, you have to be on the spot for things like that.

“It looks a lot like a fight, you can train as much as you want, but that changes because you don't know what will happen in it,” Du Plessis admitted.

Sean Strickland takes back the range of UFC 312 'Pact'

Only a few weeks after their Rematch, Strickland du Plessis offered a 'men's agreement' and asked him to make a pact to hit alone during their fight.

Nevertheless, Du Plessis closed the ridiculous range of the former champion and stated that 'there are no peats between lion and men'.
