Dricus Du Plessis won’t be Sean Strickland’s only rematch at UFC 312 as he offers to fight fan again

The former UFC champion middleweight is always an unpredictable personality during the Vechtweek.

Sean Strickland made the impression when he set the journey under the stumbling in Australia on UFC 293 in September 2023.

The middleweight Title Challenger managed to galvanize a lot of support from the Aussie fans, and credited them to help him defeat Israel Adesanya in one of the greatest crossings in recent years.

However, before he set up a dominant display to dethone the title defender, Strickland also came in with a few locals.

The controversial competition is now ready to compete again for the Australian fans this weekend when he is facing Dricus du Plessis for the 185-pound gold in the main event of UFC 312.

Their High Stakes Rematch has so far been the focus of the Vechtweek, but the challenger apparently has some other attacks to run back at the same time.

Together with claiming that he attacked a fan once he arrived in Australia for his fight with Adesanya, Sean Strickland also shot live and on stage.

The open training of the title Challenger consisted of giving some gloves to a member of the crowd before playing with him playfully and called on the fan to hit him before he landed a few in exchange.

Submission Radio has re-placed the video as a reminder of what happened the last time that a Strickland Fight Week took place in Sydney before we see him and Dricus du Plessis for the second time face-to-to-face.

The challenger continued with the part on his Instagram story and added a caption that insinuates that this chapter is not over and that the two men will throw down again.

Given what happened shortly after the last time he baked with a fan on stage in Australia, if it is not broken …

“Rematch tomorrow. We will see if you have improved “

Sean Strickland will thrive from the Australian fans

Sean Strickland's one -sided display against Israel Adesanya shocked the entire combat sport world, but it was clear that something strange was going on during the fight week.
