Early stoppage? Daniel Cormier defends Derrick Lewis’ emote KO at UFC Nashville for key reason

UFC commentator Daniel Cormier refutes claims Derrick Lewis' Latest Ko was a 'Bad Stoppage'.

The heavyweight knockout King Derrick Lewis of the UFC continues to write the history while he has snapped KO #16 in the Main Event of Five-Round of UFC Nashville on Saturday evening.

The victim of Lewis was the second highest hunter in the history of UFC, 6'7 ″ Tallison Teixeira. The undefeated knockout artist was eliminated in the opening round.

Within a minute, Lewis falsified that he was injured and dropped Teixeira with a blow, followed with more strikes for the finish. Lewis celebrated by pulling his shorts, calling President Donald Trump and months of the public.

Lewis' TKO interruption of Teixeira did not come without controversy, because some argued that it was an early interruption since Teixeira returned.

Daniel Cormier defends Ko -Stoppage because Tallison Teixeira Grip Illegal Cage

Teixeira protested referee Jason Herzog and stopped his first UFC head event in 35 seconds, just like others online.

UFC commentator and the former enemy of Lewis, Daniel Cormier, does not agree with the idea that the fight was canceled early, and said how Teixeira grabbed the cage to lift himself on his feet.

“That was incredible,” Cormier said about Lewis' Ko on the UFC Nashville broadcast.

“People who said there was a bad stopping … Teixeira took the case to pull herself up,” Cormier added.

“Referee must take a point. He cannot stop the finish to take the point so that you stop the fight.

“He was gone,” said Lewis about Teixeira.

“You can't grab the cage to pull yourself at your feet and then say that it was a bad stopping.”

Derrick Lewis says he earned $ 2 for showing his ass to the crowd

After several accusations and parties, Lewis recorded a notch through his butt chills by showing the cage to their surprise by the cage.

It would not be the first time that the UFC heavyweight did this as Lewis did last year in UFC St. Louis.

During his interview after the fight, Lewis, one of the best paid hunters in the UFC schedule, showed two dollars that he received from the crowd.

“That's what they wanted and they paid me for it,” Lewis said about showing his ass to the fans.

'Throwing money at me … two dolla.

“I would say I am a two dollars, you know, but can't say it on TV …” Lewis joked.
