Ed Woodward approached over board role with Crystal Palace owners

Former head of Manchester United Ed Woodward was approached informally about the prospect of becoming a member of the Board of Eagle Football Holdings, the group that owns insects in clubs such as Crystal Palace and Lyon.

The ex-chief Executive left Old Trafford after resignation in 2021 against a background of unpopularity at the Premier League Big Beasts.
