The Zizo van Egypt scored in the first half of the stopping time when they defeated Sierra Leone 1-0 on Tuesday to expand their lead at the top of their world cup qualifying group.
Zizo scored up close when the undefeated side of Hossam Hassan moved to 16 points with their fifth victory in six games in group A, five for Burkina Faso in second place. Sierra Leone is third with eight points.

The top team in each of the nine groups deserves a place at the final in the United States, Mexico and Canada, while the four best number two is a heavy inter-continental playoff campaign for another berth.
