Anthony Elanga has given Fans insight into the MatchDay experience for a Premier League football player after sharing a vlog of his day after beating Man United.
The Sweden International was the match winner for Nottingham Forest in their collision on Tuesday evening after giving a neat finish after a Long-Busting Run to seal a 1-0 win in front of his side.
It marked another top performance for Elanga, who spent nine years at United, while he continues to raise his game with every day of match.
Now the 22-year-old has given insight into the preparations he undergoes for every competition day after sharing a vlog on Tiktok with his fans.
Elanga started the video as soon as he woke up just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning, before he came up and went up with a typical morning routine.
The forest star shared clips of himself who brushed his teeth in his bathroom – interrupted with a fast dance – before he participated in a morning prayer in his house.
Then Elanga took herself down where a friend started breakfast for him and girlfriend China Novana – who took place just after 10 am.
The wing player left himself and was given a health meal, including scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado and a sandwich.
His partner seemed to have a similar meal, but instead surrendered in a piece of bacon instead of the smoked salmon that Elanga had on his plate.
After that, the Forest Forward finally went on its way to the State of the Art Training Center of the club, where he participated in one morning of light exercise to prepare for the game.
Elanga showed herself on a practice bike before he became involved in a stretch session to warm up his muscles before the evening match.
After talking to his coaches a bit, Elanga then went to the physio to get a fast massage in preparation for the kick -off.
The attacker was then seen to leave the training center at 1.40 pm – to spend almost three hours in the facility – before he went back home for a new meal.
Elanga, again prepared by his personal chef, showed a pesto -pastae right that was made for him before he went to the city for the forest bus.
While he was on the bus, Elanga sat and joked with people like Ibrahim Sangare and Ola Aina before getting into the stadium prior to the kick -off and relaxed with teammates.
Part of it concerned a heated game from Ludo – on the iPad – when they were ready to take on the Red Devils.
The video then cuts inside the forest dressing room where Elanga showed off with his locker. It then cut to after the game with a radiant Elanga who shows off his player from the Match Award after scoring the only goal of the afternoon.
The day of the attacker ends with some further lectures at night and what a table with red light therapy seemed to be in his lounge.
He then thanked fans for watching the video while shared some photos after the game that the photographers of the club had recorded.
Elsewhere in the night, Elanga unveiled the secrets behind his long breast Run that rubbed salt in the wounds before his former side.
'The point is to attack the space and to achieve the opposite goal as quickly as possible. I saw the space and I believe that I am one of the fastest players in the competition.
“I appreciate Manchester United so much, because I learned a lot there.”
