Endrick hints at Real exit as Brazil starlet fears missing out on World Cup

Endrick has opened the door for potential lovers by indicating that he would like to leave Real Madrid to ensure that he makes the World Cup team of Brazil 2026.

The 18-year-old attacker has yet to start with a La Liga match with France-star Kylian Mbappe guaranteed a place in the line-up of Real Madrid.

Endrick felt the result of his lack of playing time when he was initially omitted from the last team of Brazil for this month's world cup before an injury to Neymar saw him too late to the party.

When Dorival Junior left his team last November, the Brazilian coach made it clear that this was due to a lack of playing time.

'We don't have time to train or to have players return in good shape. Are they talking or not? That is the question to answer, “he said.

And Endrick, who scored six goals in 28 performances since he came to Real Madrid from Palmeiras last summer, admitted in an interview with Brazil -legend Romario that his patience was gone.

“To tell you the truth, which goes through my mind a lot, is that I am afraid that I will not be in the World Cup,” he told Romario TV.

You [Romario] I also experienced it, my father even told me that you hoped and did not get a call-up [in 1998]. So I have this fear. Because it's a dream of mine. It's hard to say because I want to be at the World Cup and help Brazil win the sixth title.

'Of course it is difficult, at the largest club in the world, with the biggest players, and you can't always get the chance to play.

'But when I play, I want to be able to show myself a bit to be in the national team. I hope I can be in the national team next year and if God wants it, we will win the World Cup. '

Endrick scored three goals in 13 performances since he made his debut for Brazil in November 2023.

Endrick's comments will have a number of clubs alert. Endrick's father revealed in December 2023 that Chelsea withdrew from signing the then 16-year-old at the last minute.

And Defensacentral just reported last week that the London Club was ready to offer £ 105 million to put Endrick and Real Team-Mate Rodrygo in a double deal.

Endrick will remain in international duty and will hope to get the chance to impress Ancelotti – and all the lovers – on Tuesday when his country is confronted with bitter rivals against Argentina, who are without captain Lionel Messi.

Brazil has not won in Argentina since 2009 and his third in their South American qualification group after their 2-1 home win against Colombia.
