Women from England will receive a £ 1.7 million bonus if they win the euros – almost ten times less than what the men would have picked if they had won.
The Menand men's team was on its way to receive £ 14 million in Bonuses from the FA if they had defeated Spain in the final of Euro 2024.
But their female counterparts of receiving only a fraction of that amount, and shares a bonus of only £ 1.7 million.
According to reports from the mirror, each player is set to receive a bonus of £ 73,000 when he wins.
This is in stark contrast to the men's team, which had a chance to secure more than £ 400,000, with another £ 4 million to manager Gareth Southgate.
However, the female players are expected to make part of the difference through their own deals away from the team.
Sponsor expert Nigel Currie said: “The lion ribbons can certainly cash in by retaining the euros.
“It would be a unique achievement and the potential offers that are currently much larger than those on the table.
“Many of the controversial players can expect that they earn million pounds approval contracts on the back of further success.”
The lion ribbons are expected to make an estimated £ 3 million between sponsor offers and social media platforms.

Women's players from England already have individual sponsorship offers that extend much further than the traditional sports brands.
These deals include in various industries, including fast food, banking, cosmetics and car manufacturers, as well as massive income from social media and sponsored messages.
Hayley Knight, co-founder of PR Company Be Yellow, said Mailsport: “They do more outside the sport than the men's team ever have”,
“They are more human. They are more accessible. They insist on equal access to sports for schools and they influence policy.
“And the only great thing about the lion ribbons in particular and this specific team is that there is no scandal, they are very open and honest.
“There is LGBT display. It's very diverse.”
England squeezed the semi -final in a dramatic way after Michelle Agyemang's 96th minute equalizes the game in extra time.
Chloe Kelly succeeded her saved punishment in the 119th minute to send England.
The lion ribbons face Spain on Sunday in the final.
The match will be a repeat of the World Cup Final of 2023, from which Spain came up with 1-0 winners.
