A Premier League club -Baas has admitted that he arranges a “cash for sex” deal with a teenage girl from which he is accused of rape.
The leading football figure, which cannot be called, is charged by the alleged victim for serious damage.
She claims that she was raped by the man in his house when she was 15 years old after he invited her to discuss a possible career option.
In papers with the Supreme Court, the man admitted that he had initiated a “cash for sex” scheme while she was 16 or 17, the athletics reports.
He also claimed that she had contacted him several times in the coming years to offer sexual favors in exchange for money.
His signed statement continued: “With the vast majority of the occasions (he) refused the offers of sex, although over the years he has done a total of about 15 times sexual activity with the plaintiff up to about 15 times, for which he rewarded her with cash payments in line with her expectations.
“On one occasion, the suspect did sexual activities with both the plaintiff and her sister, who both wanted to earn some money.”
The football boss – anonymous in court as JZX – also noticed her allegations as “unfair and malignant”.
The alleged victim came forward in 2021 and claimed that she was raped in his house when she was 15.
But the man was not arrested and the case was left by the Crown Prosecution Service.
This was due to a legal irregularity that meant that the woman had waited too long to report the claims.
Legislation at the moment stated whether the alleged violation took place between 1956 and 2004, and the complainant was a girl between 13 and 15 years old, she had to make a report within a year.
Although this was deleted when the sexual offenses of 2003 came into place, it still applied if the alleged incident took place in the previous 48 years.
She sues the Premier League figure for serious damage to sexual violence and intentional affection of injury.
The woman claims that while he showed her through the house, JZX has subjected her to a “disgusting and traumatizing” trial.
She said in her own papers that he left her on his knee, told her she was a “good girl” and asked if she was a virgin.
JZX would then have handed her £ 150 in three £ 50 nuts after raping her.
She says that the alleged attack has left her with depression and post -traumatic stress disorder.
The woman admits that they have sex over the years, but said she believed that he would offer her career opportunities “if she meets his sexual requirements.”
JZX strongly denies the allegations and has the “implicit statement that (he) could harm her or her family is completely unfounded”.
The BBC previously revealed how the boss was still in his position awaiting the High Court process.
