
It was a huge weekend in the Premier League, with many turns in the context of the title race and the battle for European football, and here we put together our team of the week.
Alisson (Liverpool) – 7.61
Liverpool went free at the top of the clean leaf cards of the Premier League after their 2-0 win in Manchester City on Sunday, and Reds goalkeeper Alisson has a place in our team of the week. The 32-year-old produced five saves in the Etihad stadium, while also made seven litters and 11 ball repair.
Aaron Wan -Bissaka (West Ham) – 8.41
West Ham Full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka continued his impressive individual campaign in East London with a great show in the 1-0 win in Arsenal on Sunday. The former defender of Manchester United won more duels than any other player on the field (9), while he also offered the assist for the winning goal of the Hammers, went home by Jarrod Bowen.
Jan Paul van Hecke (Brighton) – 7.95
Brighton was the newest side to enjoy a trip to St Mary's Stadium during the weekend and placed four past a helpless Southampton side on Saturday afternoon. Maxence Lacroix (Crystal Palace) – 8.19
Crystal Palace Center-back Maxence Lacroix joins Van Hecke in the heart of our backline, after he has delivered a huge display in Fulham on Saturday. Lewis Hall (Newcastle) – 8.40

Brentford midfielder Mikkel Damsgaard moved Joint-Second in the Premier League Assists Chart with 10 when he set up two of the four goals of the bees in Leicester on Friday evening. The Denmark International took care of the assists for the 17th minute Opener of Yoane Wissa, as well as the lush strike of Bryan Mbeumo 10 minutes later, to achieve a WHOSOSCORED rating of 8.50.
Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) – 9.10

Despite the 2-0 defeat, for his side against Liverpool, Manchester City-Vleugel player Jeremy Doku completes our team of the week and completed no fewer than 15 successful dribbles against the Reds on Sunday, the most by a player in a single Premier League – match since Allan Saint- Maximin against Sheffield United in May 2021 (also 15).
