EPL Team of the Week: Marmoush leads, Ethan Nwaneri&Mikel Merino in

After a two -week break, the Premier League returned during the weekend and here we look back on the striking artists of Gamweek 25.

Represented in our team of the week, Tottenham, Brighton, Southampton, Manchester United, Arsenal, Bournemouth, Manchester City and Everton.

Guglielmo Vicario (Tottenham) – 8.37

Returning an injury after more than two months offside, Tottenham -goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario helped his way on their fourth clean leaf of the season in the Premier League against Manchester United on Sunday. The Italy International produced six saves, while also completing 24 out of 26 passes he tried.

Yankuba MINTEH (Brighton) – 9.95

With a WHOSCoNed rating from 9.95, the Yankuba Minte from Brighton is our Premier League player of the week after a sensational display in the victory of Friday evening at Chelsea at the Amex Stadium. Minteh, deployed as a right wing by Fabian Hurzeler, scored his fourth and fifth league objectives of the campaign, while also made the most important passes (3) and Tackles (4) of each player on the field.

Jan Bednarek (Southampton) – 7.80

Although he ends up on the losing side against Bournemouth on Saturday, Southampton -defender Jan Bednarek deserves a place in our team of the week with three tackles, 11 approvals, eight interceptions and six ball recovery, while also won 12 of his 15 duels .

Matthijs de Ligt (Manchester United) – 7.79

Manchester United Center-Back Matthijs de Ligt also saw his match being beaten to all three points during the weekend, but makes our XI after a positive individual display in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Dutchman made three tackles, four blocks, seven clearings and two interceptions, while he also won all seven of the duels he disputed.

Djed Spence (Tottenham) – 7.85

The impressive reversal of Djed Spence under Ange Postecoglou continued this season on Sunday, when the 24-year-old was appointed player of the game by Sky Sports for his efforts in the 1-0 win over Manchester United. Spence managed an important pass, three successful dribbles, two tackles and four ball recovery, to land a WHOSCORDED rating of 7.85.

Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal) – 9.69

Arsenal -Teen Ethan Nwaneri continues to deliver versions that go much further than his years, and did this again in the Gunners victory in Leicester on Saturday. The 17-year-old completed more successful dribbles than any other player on the field (7), while also made two important passes, with one of those a perfectly weighed cross that Mikel Merino found to break the impasse in the 81st minute.

Ryan Christie (Bournemouth) – 8.90

Ryan Christie van Bournemouth takes a berth in the midfield in our XI and scored and helped on Saturday at the 3-1 victory of the Cherries at South-Coast-neighbors Southampton. The Scotland International found exactly the head of Dango Ouattara with a fantastic cross for the more open visitors, before he shot a low, driven effort from outside the box just two minutes later.

Carlos Alcaraz (Everton) – 8.58

After having arrived late in the January window, the former Southampton attacker Carlos Alcaraz could hardly have hoped for a better First Everton start than he enjoyed Crystal Palace on Saturday evening. The 22-year-old offered the assist for Beto to open the score for the Toffees late in the first half before he shot home, which happened to be the winner in front of David Moyes 10 minutes from the last whistle.

Omar Marmoush (Manchester City) – 9.40

The 27-year-old Toffees Forward has looked a player since the return of David Moyes and also won more duels than any other player on the field in South London (18).

Mikel Merino (Arsenal) – 7.94

The completion of our team of the week before Gameweek 25 is Arsenal Super-sub Mikel Merino, who threw his hat in the ring in response to the attacking injuries of the Gunners with a match-winning brace of the Bank in Leicester on Saturday. Merino took the no. 9 rolling roll for the 21 minutes he was on the field, surprised supporters with his impressive movement and positioning, and thought it was just with each of his two shots on goal to finish a big three points to close before the side of Mikel Arteta.
