Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe’s move to AS Monaco cancelled

Because Monaco was on the market in January for reinforcements in midfield. Several profiles have been considered, including Edson Alvarez from West Ham United, but the Principality Club had chosen to sign Eintracht Frankfurt's Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe (24).

An agreement had been reached to sign the Frenchman for a loan agreement until the end of the season, while the agreement also included the option to switch to the Stade Louis II permanent at the end of the campaign. Only a medical stood in the way to complete the move.

However, it is on this obstacle that the movement broke. As reported by RMC Sport and confirmed by Get French football news, medical tests showed that Dina Ebimbe had a small veal image. It meant that the player would not be available immediately, as Monaco requires, and so the principality club pulled the plug on the road.
