Got stuck at the back and used his physicality to try to keep the broad men at a distance.
James Tarkowski: 6.5
In a large tackle, put in the direction of Leandro Trossard in the tranquility that almost delays him from almost scoring.
Jarrad Branthwaite: 7
Everton's best defender today. Led a Declan Rice Corner from De Lijn and made a final grip on Trossard in the first half.

Made an early challenge on Ethan Nwaneri to show that he is there.

Not much danger to deal with his goal – but that was picked up after the Toffees scored. The distribution of the Spaniard in the field could have been better.

His first competition starts since the knee operation in November. I didn't look completely fit. Made some of his characteristic overlaps on the right wing that were missed.

Some nice steps on the ball and did not see it – something that happened earlier when getting a chance to play this season.
