Capello admits he expected more from Juve at this stage of the season.
“I never expected Juventus to be so behind, especially given the firm decisions taken by the club and the coach in the summer, starting with the sale of (Fede) Chiesa,” Capello told Gazzetta.it.
“The identity of the team is still unclear. At the start of the season they didn't concede much, but they struggled to score. Now it's the other way around.
“The feeling is that the game is too slow and it is easy for opponents to find adjustments.”
About Motta, he added: “Don't just think about your idea of football and adapt to the characteristics of the players. The same goes for any other coach, not just Motta.”
