Former man United star Louis Saha revealed what Marcus Rashford should change if he wants to earn a second chance of Old Trafford.
Rashford joined Aston Villa on loan in the winter after he was effectively banned by Red Devils Baas Ruben Amorim, and he finds his feet again under Unai Emery again.
The winger has three goals and four assists in all competitions and was recently included in the inaugural English team of Thomas Tuchel for the qualifications of the World Cup of Three Lions last month.
Villa covers at least 75 percent of Rashford's £ 315,000 a week's salary and has an option to permanently make his move at the end of the season for £ 40 million.
There is no concrete evidence about whether Rashford will ever play for United again, but former striker Saha believes that the 27-year-old next season can be red under one condition.
The Frenchman said: 'I think he can go back to Manchester United, but he must change his personality and mentality.
“He has proven on the field what a top player he is, but all this ego stuff that he has to get rid of – it's as simple as that. If you want to destroy the defense and help the team to be successful, you must do this in so many different ways.
'It's not about his teammates or the manager, it's about him and until his attitude changes, we won't see the real Marcus Rashford.
'I, like many, am a big fan and was really upset when he left Manchester United for the reasons to break it down at Old Trafford, but especially the way he performs in Aston Villa.
“He has no apologies. It is not about people, tactics or connections with the fans and it is 'bulls ***' for me everyone who says it is. It is his job to find solutions and adapt.
“I really believe he can do it and if he decides to do it, I really think he can do it anywhere in the world.”
