Tom Aspinall vs. Derrick Lewis could be the next fight to make Nashville after UFC.
The UFC heavyweight title may be from Tom Aspinall, but Derrick Lewis still has the record for most knockouts in the history of the company with a long shot.
Lewis made it 16 Ko's in the octhoek with a TKO of 35 seconds from the highest hunter on the Roster, Tallison Teixeira, who protested the interruption so early. Lewis has more Ko victories in the UFC than Aspinall Pro victories has after UFC Nashville.
Lewis' Ko comes during a commotion in the heavyweight division, where interim title holder Aspinall takes over as undisputed champions as a result of the official pension of Jon Jones of MMA.
After many diving allegations and a potential UFC event of the White House, Jones 'keeps his options' open by taking a step back to the pool of the drug tests, so that the 'Dream Main Event' by Dana White remains against Aspinall.
One of the most certified middle weights of all time thinks that a multi -year competition such as Lewis can fit in the 600+ day is waiting for Jones versus Aspinall.

Chris Weidman: Tom Aspinall vs. Derrick Lewis 'could start with marketing' Jon Jones Fight in White House
Former UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman said that the first undisputed title defense of Aspinall must be made against Lewis.
The former title Challenger has won three of his last four fights and is one of the biggest names that the UFC has to offer.
Although he is not the #1 competition, such as Ciryl Gane, who has a victory to him, Lewis would bear 'more name value' than the Frenchman, according to the former UFC star Alan Jouban on the desk.
If the Jones vs. Aspinall Fight is a possibility, Weidman thinks that in the meantime Lewis would be a good test for the new champion.
'[Dana White] mentioned about the possibility of Jon Jones versus Aspinall on that [White House event]But that fight will be in July of next year, “Weidman said at the UFC Nashville after the show.
“That will be another year, actually to wait. Why don't you give Aspinall Derrick Lewis now?” Meadow man suggested.
“A fight that people would like to see, because Derrick Lewis has the potential to eliminate everyone.
Tom Aspinall is so good on the feet, he is good everywhere. It is a tough fight, but people would like to see it.
“And then you could start marketing for the next fight in July with Jon Jones,” the former champion added.
Derrick Lewis is 0-2 in heavyweight title fights
Prior to his fight with Teixeira, Lewis said that he probably had to win 2-3 fights for a title shot.
After the fight, the entire desk on the post-show agreed that Aspinall should get the title shot.
However, it is difficult to overlook the facts that Lewis is 0-2 in title fights. Admittedly, they were against the all-time large Daniel Cormier (undisputed) and Ciryl Gane (interim) on shorter notification than normal.
How short? Well, Lewis had less than 3 weeks to turn around a war with three laps with Alexander Volkov to a five -round title fight with Cormier on UFC 230 in 2018. Lewis lost through entry. Lewis accepted the call to fight Cormier 3 days after his fight against Volkov.
Lewis also lost from Gane by TKO on UFC 265 in 2021, and told MMA Junkie that he had no 'right structure' for the interim title fight. After all, the interim title was made because NGannou wanted to fight the following month and the UFC reportedly did not want to move the date.
Almost four years away from his last title, Derrick Lewis saw another out of 40.
