Justin Gaethje is supported to get the next title shot against Ilia Topuria.
The former UFC -Interim -light weight champion and BMF title holder definitely have a case for a title shot in 36 years old. Winner of three of his last four fights, Justin Gaethje returned to the circle of the winner when he almost finished the top candidate Rafael Fiziev on UFC 313 in March.
Gaethje thinks the UFC owes him a title of him and threatened to retire if he was the winner of Ilia Topuria vs. Charles Oliveira did not get on UFC 317.
In presence for the title fight, Gaethje received no guarantee that he would be the next in line, snubbeld from a call-out of the new champion Topuria, which apparently is not interested. UFC CEO Dana White also told Gaethje to withdraw after his title fight Ultimatum.
Although there is a chance that Gaethje can be passed on by Paddy Pimblett or #1 Competent Arman Tsarukyan, one of his former enemies explains 'selfish' why 'the highlight' should get a title fight.

Eddie Alvarez thinks that Justin Gaethje's legs can work on Ilia Topuria
Gaethje is one of the most exciting and violent fighters from the UFC, a performance bonus removed from 1 million dollars.
Just ask Eddie Alvarez, the former UFC light weight champion who handed Gaethje his first pro loss in a 'Fight of the Year' community service in 2017.
Alvarez knew everything about the heavy hands of Gaethje and devastating leg and joins Rafael Fiziev when wanting to see Gaethje Challenge for the next Topurias title.
“Egostic, I want Justin,” said Alvarez on the Bohnfire, when asked to whom Topuria should defend his title.
“He is a favorite with fans of mine. Only unsatisfied, looking at MMA, I want to see a Justin Gaethje fight for another fight, only because of the way he fights.
“This matchup for Justin, I want Justin to be a little more calculated, a little less reckless abandonment against a man like this, a man who is dangerous, who is planted and [has] Good positioning.
“I would like to see how, because I don't care who you are, I love when Justin starts landing that leg kick and starts to limit really strong violent men or start switching to Southpaw …
“He can do it against everyone,” Alvarez said about Gaethje's legs.
“Justin can beat everyone at any time with that weapon of him. He just beats that lead leg.”
We have seen many hunters struggling with leg kicks while in a boxing position, such as Conor McGregor against Dustin Poirier or Urijah Faber against Jose Aldo, while Boxers have their main legs.
Eddie Alvarez says that Arman Tsarukyan Ilia is Topuria's biggest challenge '
Arman Tsarukyan is in a similar place like Justin Gaethje.
The #1 UFC Lightweight Competer has been 9-1 since the losing of Islam Makhachev in his promotion debut and defeated Charles Oliveira and Beneil Dariush in his last two fights.
Tsarukyan would challenge in January for the title of Makhachev on UFC 311, but he withdrew from the game the day before because of a back injury.
As a result, White said that Tsarukyan will have to fight again for a title shot.
Many such as Makhachev's head coach, Javier Mendez, believe that Tsarukyan has the greatest chance of beating Topuria and Eddie Alvarez too.
“I think the Arman really intrigues me,” Alvarez said about potential opponents for Topuria.
“I think that might be a bit of a more difficult matchup for Ilia.
“In terms of challenge, to keep that belt and keep everything everything [prideful] And where … Arman would be the biggest challenge for him in the division at the moment.
“But the funny fight for the fans is certainly Justin Gaethje,” Alvarez admitted.
