Tottenham fans have responded to new images that appear Ange Postecoglou and his ear appears to be held on the traveling supporters during the 1-0 defeat on Thursday in Chelsea.
Spurs fell a goal in early in the second half when Enzo Fernandez led the cross of Cole Palmer home, and the mood in the end did not improve when Postecoglou made a double replacement just after the hour that Papear Sarr and Brennan Johnson came for Lucas Bergvall and Wilson Odobert.
Fans were told singing 'You don't know what you are doing', but SARR scored only five minutes later from long distance.
While the ball hit the back of the net, Postecoglou was noticed to turn to the fans of the road and to cup, only for the goal and then not to be allowed for an error in the structure.
Press the incident after the game, Postecoglou defended himself by claiming that he only tried to give the supporters louder after he admitted that he had a difficult period for a difficult period.
Previously, however, unfair images have now been brought online with Postecoglou who waves his ear cute and then to the supporters, apparently tries to attract their attention to ensure that they saw his gesture.
The new clip did not go well with fans who were taken out at Postecoglou for his behavior on social media.
“He knows exactly what he is doing,” wrote an X user.
“It's the wave that is worse,” added another.
One supporter has simply branded the gesture a 'shame', while the other accused the Australian of 'arrogance'.
Another fan who was hit in Postecoglou because he denied that he had tried the crowd in the media to rilen, “makes his excuse even more pathetic in the interview!”
Postecoglou had tried to explain his gesture to Sky Sports in a spiny interview when he told the broadcaster: 'I wanted them (the fans) to be happy, mate. We had just scored a crystal goal. So I wanted them to cheer – because they didn't have much to cheer. '
He added: 'It is not the first time that my replacements have been stuck. If you have followed my term of office, this is not the first time. They can do Boo. But I wanted them to cheer – because I thought it was a crystal goal. '
In his own interview with Sky Sports, Spurs -midfielder James Maddison admitted that fans have the right to be angry with the team now after a 16th League defeat that Tottenham leaves in the 14th.
“It hurts a lot. It was too often this season. Our fans are rightly disappointed. We are disappointed.
'We just do best to look for the answers why we don't get the results in the tight games in the competition. This year we have lost so many games with one target margins.
'So I don't really want to talk out of nothing here. Our fans don't even want to hear what we have to say, right? So it's about being able to get better in the future.
'To be honest, they are rightly angry. I think it is still important that we show our appreciation for them, even if we don't get a nice reception, let's say it.
“So that's why I still walk there. I think they deserve that, although it is not easy to switch and be linked straight into your face.
“But as I said, they pay their money, they travel everywhere for us. And we are just as disappointed as they are, but we try to make up for it. '
