A prominent name was added to the UFC -Line -up from Noche on 13 September.
The leading promotion of mixed martial arts will celebrate the Mexican Independence Day for the third time this fall. After a pay-per-view on the atmosphere for the occasion in 2024, the now annual map is back to the UFC Fight Night status for 2025.
After the plans to implement the event in Mexico itself for the first time, the host city was changed to Guadalajara to San Antonio. There, Diego Lopes, born in Brazil, will be born in Brazil against Jean Silva in an important collision on 145 pounds.
The map was criticized due to the lack of representation of the country that actually celebrates. The last announcement of the fighting has not increased the number of Mexicans, but it has added a UFC Hall of Famer to the comparison.
Kelvin Gastelum vs Dustin Stoltzfus added to Noche UFC
The Undercard for Lopes vs Silva in particular contains the return of Tatiana Suarez. She will be confronted with colleague Highly arranged Stromweight Amanda Lemos, who marks the first fight by Suarez since the challenge of Zhang Weili without success in Australia last February.
The counting of former title challengers at NOCHE UFC has now been increased to four, where Lopes, Suarez and Lemos are accompanied by middleweight veteran Kelvin Gastelum.
Gastelum fought memorable against Israel Adesanya on UFC 236 in 2019. Their five-round war for the interim 185 pound belt eventually went the way of 'The Last Stylbender', but both men practiced the benefits after they have been initiated in the UFC Hall of Fame Fight Wing this year.
Although Adesanya has enjoyed a legendary career since that match, the same cannot be said for Gastelum. The American has been struggling for consistency since then and is located in the middle of a run that has only seen him win three of his last 10 fights.
The winner of TUF season 17 will be confronted with someone who comes from similar struggles at NOCHE UFC in Dustin Stolzfus, who has lost six of his last nine. Stolzfus announced the fight on his Instagram account.
