After being sold by Real Madrid to Como last summer, there is talk of the Spanish giants who activate the buy-back clause in his contract.
But the father of Paz, Pablo, said La Provincia di Como: “I think if you ask Nico what he would like to do, he would certainly stay in Como for another year: he feels great, he is happy and with (Cesc) Fàbregas on the couch it is as if it is doing a master diploma.
“He keeps everything here: the team, his teammates, the people … and I would also agree to stay in white and blue. It is therefore clear that there are also more important interests at stake, but for us it would be fine to stay in Como for another year.”
Pablo added: “We really loved this project and the presence of Fàbregas was fundamental, while he spoke with us and explained that Nico would have the chance to play the way he wants. Talking with Cesc was crucial.”
