Denis Frimpong stands up for Paddy Pimblett after being choked by the UFC star

After an online feud, Paddy Pimblett and Denis Frimpong, known for his ruthless trash talk in Oktagon MMA, decided to settle their differences once and for all.

En route to enemy territory, 'The Baddy' arrived at the Manchester Top Team in front of a large crowd and attempted to defend his honor.

The warriors engaged in a competitive battle on the feet, before the former Cage Warriors champion decided to take the fight to the ground.

Despite his best efforts, the Irishman struggled to fend off Pimblett's high-level jiu-jitsu skills, with the Scouser recording a submission that forced him to tap.

But instead of letting go, Pimblett persisted, forcing some people to intervene.

Naturally, some have objected to what happened, believing that the 30-year-old should have released his opponent.

But according to Frimpong himself, all is fair in love and war.

He tweeted: “To everyone talking about @PaddyTheBaddy and not letting go of the choke, relax. It's fucking choking. I didn't even pass out, and it was leftover from a hair straightener. I went in fully expecting that if he choked he would try to kick me out, don't talk, you don't know.

Unsurprisingly, in the days that followed, Pimblett was bombarded with messages from people unhappy with his behavior.

Of course, instead of ignoring these individuals, the lightweight star has fired back.

In an angry post on social media, he explained exactly why he did what he did.
