Flamengo in advanced talks to sign €25m Atletico Madrid star

The busy summer of Atletico Madrid continues, with the newest story that comes from the Metropolitano a potential exit. After announcing David Hancko's signing on Wednesday evening, two more deals seem to be in the making.

Since a few weeks it has been made clear that Samuel Lino could leave the club this summer, with Atletico offering him to other teams. The Brazilian had a discreet season last time and Atletico seemed to have decided to cash it in.

Lino spent his first season on loan in Valencia after drawing Atletico and returned two years ago, impressive in his first year. Last season, however, he failed to lock up a normal starting place. Marca says he was offered, with people like Nottingham Forest, Wolves and Napoli all interested in him.

Both Diario AS and Matteo Moretto report that there are now advanced discussions for Lino to return to his native Brazil. Flamengo and Atletico are in conversation to complete a deal for € 25 million, with Lino earning the same amount with a five -year contract.

Earlier on Thursday it was reported that Atletico is in conversation with Stuttgart -Midfielder Enzo Millot, who has a release clause of € 20 million. Another deal has to be agreed, but it seems that he can be a creative option to come in when Lino leaves.

When the deal was completed, this would represent a noise company for Atletico, which Lino drew for € 6.5 million, making a healthy profit of € 18.5 million, after a good service for Diego Simeone. Last season Lino played 47 times, scored four and gave eight assists. With Alex Baena and Conor Gallagher in the team, Lino's opportunities seem to play on the left side of a four slimmer, while Matteo Ruggeri can also play like a left wingback.
