Phil Foden did not take any opportunities during a trip in his new £ 400,000 Mercedes G -Wagon – when he left it in the middle of two bays in a supermarket parking garage.
The Manchester City Ace did not pay attention to the road markings while he dumped his motorcycle over two bays in a Sainsbury's supermarket close to his house in the Cheshire countryside.
And while his car attracted admiring looks from fans, his parking absolutely needs more work.
A shopper said: “Phil's car is something of beauty, but he should definitely get a red card for his parking.
“Whether he has to practice or he is so afraid that someone could make it that he deliberately left it over two bays.
“If that is the case, he might have to leave it at home and just look at it instead of turning on the engine.”
Foden, 25, who is an injury for the first Premier League match of City of the season in Wolves on Saturday, only succeeded in his driving test in December 2023.
But it did not stop the Three Lions midfielder who collects an impressive car collection, including Mercedes S-Class, a Mercedes-AMG GLE 53, a Toyota Vellfire and a BYD sealing electric car.
Foden's agent was contacted for comment.
