John Arne Riise has completed an incredible 24-hour treadmill run.
The former Liverpool star covered an amazing 106 miles during the daring challenge.
Riise, 44, is a cult hero in Anfield and was part of the side who won the Champions League in 2005.
He withdrew into playing in 2023 and has now completed his most difficult challenge.
The Norweigian participated in a charity event at Toppform Fitness in the city of Moss in his home country.
Lopers saw the challenge take a day to run at an inner office.
They saw money for a charity for mental health.
Most runners only completed segments of the 24 hours, while Riise ran all day.
His spectacular efforts went in large crowds when he helped the event to pick up £ 17,850 for a good cause.
After completing the Mega Run, Riise admitted that it was clearly exhausted.

He said: “It is the most difficult and most intense I have ever experienced, physically and mentally.
“(The collected money) makes it worthwhile, although it was sometimes incredibly difficult.”
Riise also revealed his brilliant plans to start his recovery after he had brought his body through the debilitating challenge.
He stated: “I'm going home, showering, put my feet on the couch, order the biggest kebab ever with hot sauce, Pepsi Max, Candy.
“Then I will not move for two days.”
He also posted a message to his fans on Instagram.
He wrote: “This is the moment that I finished on the treadmill for 24 hours.
“Proud of my performance and especially where I was physically and mentally four months ago.
“Dide for a good cause, mental health! I ended up with 172 km, I didn't think I could.
“Thanks for all the support and everyone who participated and walked during this very hard 24 hours.”
